We hope you love whatever you purchase from Tirzah Lane Art, but in the case you need to make a return, here is what you need to know.

What is your return policy?

Products must be unused and unopened to be eligible for refund. All refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a full refund minus original shipping costs. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Products which are opened, used, and/or listed as a final sale product cannot be returned and are non-refundable. 

Refund is not guaranteed if the product is returned damaged, used, and/or not in the condition it was shipped in due to the customer or shipping carrier.

What products are final sale?

Single cards, stickers, calendars, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How do I return a product?

1. Ensure your order qualifies for a return (see return policy above).

2. Send an email to tirzahlaneart@gmail.com and we will provide you with the next steps along with the return address.

Can I make an exchange?

At this time we do not accept exchanges.

My product is defective. What now?

We aim to have high quality products. However, if you find a defect please send us an email at tirzahlaneart@gmail.com so we can work on a solution.
